Andronic and Partners is looking for an Associate | Corporate, M&A

We are expanding our Corporate | M&A team and are looking for an Associate with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

This is an opportunity for a motivated lawyer to further develop their career in a collaborative and supportive environment, while working on complex corporate matters and M&A transactions  involving companies, founders, investors and investment funds active on the Romanian market.

As part of our Corporate | M&A team, you will be actively involved in a broad range of mandates, including corporate advisory work, M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions.

Your role will go beyond routine tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers, understand the commercial context behind each mandate and contribute directly to projects with strategic relevance for our clients.

• a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Corporate | M&A;

• strong academic credentials;

• proficiency in English;

• excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;

• a collaborative and proactive mindset.
