What are we looking for?

Andronic and Partners is looking for an Associate | Dispute Resolution.

We are expanding our Dispute Resolution team and are looking for a lawyer with 1–3 years of relevant experience in litigation.

This is an opportunity for a motivated lawyer to further develop their career while working on complex commercial and civil disputes, insolvency-related matters and arbitration proceedings, for Romanian and international clients across a variety of industries.

As part of our Dispute Resolution team, you will be actively involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a dispute, from early case assessment and strategy, legal research and drafting, to evidence management, hearings and enforcement-related matters.

Your role will go beyond routine litigation work. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and have the opportunity to understand the commercial context behind each dispute.

• a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Corporate | M&A;

• strong academic credentials;

• proficiency in English;

• excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;

• a collaborative and proactive mindset.
