Junior Associate

You will be involved in a variety of matters, including:

• IP advisory (trademarks, copyright, licensing, enforcement)

• Technology-driven projects (IT contracts, AI, software development, digital platforms)

• Data protection & privacy (GDPR-related matters)

• Day-to-day advisory for startups, scale-ups, and established businesses

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in tech and IP-heavy contexts

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, with real exposure from day one.

• a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution;

• strong academic credentials;

• proficiency in English;

• excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;

• a collaborative and proactive mindset.
