Andronic and Partners acted as Lead Counsel to Cristian Dincă, as well as the venture capital funds Early Bird Digital East Fund II and Credo Ventures, in relation to the sale of their entire equity stakes in DCS Technologies to Abingdon Software Group.
The transaction involved the full divestment of DCS Travel Technologies, a leading provider of technology solutions for the travel sector. Andronic and Partners advised both the founder and the venture capital shareholders throughout the sale process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Van Campen Liem, a Dutch law firm, provided legal support on the Dutch aspects of the deal, while the M&A advisory firm Nextoria, through its representative Nedko Kolev, acted as exclusive financial advisor to the seller, providing strategic and transaction support throughout the process.
