Bio

Maria is an Associate in the M&A | Corporate department. She advises both private equity funds and strategic players in a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, assisting them throughout all stages of the deal. Maria also provides general consultancy related to a broad range of business matters. Prior to joining Andronic and Partners, she gained substantial experience at a leading law firm in the M&A field, where she worked on a wide range of transactions. Maria is a member of the Bucharest Bar and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest.
